This grand villa is situated one kilometer below Mijas on over three acres of private grounds, comprising gardens, terraces and a large swimming pool. All terraces have spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the mountains.
The villa comfortably sleeps 9 people, 7 in the main villa plus 2 in the annexe (available at extra charge).
The dining room leads off the large lounge, which houses a boudoir grand piano. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and a separate breakfast room.
The air-conditioned master bedroom with en-suite master bath is at one end of the house. At the other end are a second bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning, plus a third and fourth bedroom one with twin beds (and air con) and one with a single bed. Both share a bathroom.
The swimming pool is set on the second level where there is a self-contained guest flat for 2, with a twin-bedded room, bathroom, sitting/dining room and full kitchen. This flat is not let separately to the Villa.
The villa has an alarm system connected to a security centre, digital satellite TV, maid service and a gardener. A small welcoming food parcel will await your arrival. An allowance of 40 euros for electricity each week is included in the rental, with any extra electric usage taken out of the security deposit (see our terms and conditions for details).
The annexe has one bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. a small lounge, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Changeover days are on Thursday.
