Villa Eirina is situated in the
El
Coto residential area, only one kilometre from Fuengjrola
and its magnificent beaches and sea front. The village has
a supermarket, chemist, and three restaurants. There is a
limited bus service to town. This villa has been built to
the highest specifications. All the windows are triple-glazed
and have electrically operated blinds. The main gate is automatic
and the villa has a "video porter". A safe has also
been installed.
There are 3 bedrooms—one of which is downstairs and
has twin beds with en-suite bathroom, another is upstairs
with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, and the master bedroom
, which has a king size bed and French windows leading onto
a small terrace, is also located upstairs. The master bedroom
has a dressing area and a master bath. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
All bedroom wardrobes are mirrored, and all beds are good
quality British divans.
The whole villa has been furnished to a high standard. Flooring
and staircase is of cream marble, and the dining room leads
into a beautiful kitchen with fridge, electric oven, gas hob,
microwave, and washing machine . The beams and down lighting
finish off the attractive design. The sitting room, with marble
fireplace , leads onto the covered terrace that over looks
the mosaic pool . The pool is lit and includes a barbecue
and sunbeds.
An allowance of 30 euros per week for electricity is included
in the rent, with any extra usage taken out of the security
deposit (see our terms and conditions for details). Maid service
- twice a week is also included. The villa has digital satellite
T.V. Information on available channels is available upon request.
The villa is comfortably suited for up to six adults.
Changeover days are on Friday.
