Villa Londrina is situated in
El
Coto residential area, only one kilometre from Fuengirola,
with its magnificent beaches. The village has a supermarket,
chemist and three restaurants and there is a limited bus service
to town.
This villa was built to the very highest possible standards.
Double-glazing, cream marble floors, security system (connected
to a security centre) and a safe. The two gates off the street
are electrically operated. The owner furnished the villa to
a very high standard, with beautiful furniture and fittings,
including many antiques. All bathrooms are beautifully tiled,
and all have twin basins in vanity units.
No expense has been spared. The villa consists of an entrance
hall, cloakroom, air-conditioned master-bedroom with king-size
bed, master bathroom and dressing area. This bedroom over
looks the garden swimming pool, and has French windows onto
a lovely terrace. Double doors lead into the sitting room,
which has a magnificent beige marble fireplace. French windows
lead from the sitting room onto the terrace, and into the
kitchen. The kitchen has an electric oven and grill, gas hob
and oven, microwave and fridge. A washing area next to the
kitchen houses the washing machine and cupboards for cleaning
materials, etc.
The marble staircase leads upstairs to 2 large twin-bedded
rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.
One bedroom has French windows leading onto a terrace. The
parking level for the cars is on a lower level to the street,
and the marble interior staircase leads down to this with
steps down to the garden and large mosaic pool. Sun beds,
a barbecue and lights around the pool make it a lovely place
to relax.
An allowance of 40 euros per week for electricity is included
in the rent, with any extra usage taken out of the security
deposit (see our terms and conditions for details). Maid service
- twice a week is also included. The villa has digital satellite
T.V. Information on available channels is available upon request.
The villa is comfortably suited for up to six adults.
Changeover days are on Friday.
