Our Niza apartments are situated on the
Fuengirola Promenade overlooking the sea and within a stones
throw of the port. These are well furnished apartments consisting
of 2 twin bedded rooms, bath room, kitchen, enclosed washing
area with washing machine, lounge and dining area , and a
balcony overlooking the beach.
The apartments have a large gas heater for winter months,
and an allowance of 12 Euros of electricity per week is included
in the rent. Any amount over this will be collected locally.
The apartments are well equipped with sheets and towels, but
not swimming towels. A welcoming food parcel will await the
tenants’ arrival.
It is a short taxi journey to the rail station for access
to the airport. Private parking space provided at the rear
if you hire a car.
Changeover day is Thursday.
