Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking one of our properties

Minimum Age
We require at least one adult over 25 in the group to secure a booking for our villas or apartments.

Payment
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days of making a booking by phone. The accommodation is reserved for this period. If a deposit is not received by this time, the reservation will be cancelled. Balance of payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Cheques made payable to Mrs. S. Paz.

Cots and folding beds are available to hire for 25 euros per week. High chairs are10 euros per week. Orders for any of the above must be requested at the time of booking, and paid for locally.

With exception of our apartments, a refundable deposit of £150 is required to cover against damages during your stay. The deposit will be returned in full at the end of your holiday if everything is in order in the villa. A limited amount of electricity per week is included in all the villas, anything above this will be deducted from the deposit. Normal air conditioning/heating use should not incur any additional charge. However, these have been left on constantly; this is one reason for the deposit. Fans, if available may be provided for villas with no air conditioning. However, the same conditions will apply.

Check - in/out times
Clients are advised that the properties will not be available for occupation until 14.00 hours in order to allow time for cleaning. Baggage may be left earlier, if co-ordinated in advance. Check out or departure on the last day is by 10.00 a.m. Again, arrangements can be made for luggage, if necessary. Changeover days listed on each property page and have been staggered so we can manage them during peak times.

Travel Insurance
You are required to have appropriate travel and personal insurance. The owners cannot accept any liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of their holiday.

Acceptance of Booking Conditions
When you have completed and signed the booking form you have accepted all clauses in this document.
