Villa Andurina and Villa Zamburina are two luxury villas situated
in the
El
Coto residential area, approximately one kilometre from
Fuengirola and its magnificent beaches, and near various golf
courses. The village has its own supermarket, three bars /
restaurants and a chemist.
Each villa has one double & two twin bedded rooms (both
main bedrooms in each villa are air-conditioned), two bathrooms
(one en-suite), cloak room, sitting room, dining room, kitchen,
utility room with washing machine and terraces. There is air
conditioning in all bedrooms. Each villa has a large swimming
pool set in an attractive garden. There is a built-in barbecue
for your use. A small welcoming food parcel will await your
arrival.
The villas have a fireplace and a large portable gas heater.
An allowance of 30 euros per week for electricity is included
in the rent, with any extra usage taken out of the security
deposit (see our terms and conditions for details). Maid service
- twice a week is also included. The villa has digital satellite
T.V. Information on available channels is available upon request.
The villa is comfortably suited for up to six adults.
Changeover days are on Friday.
